From your door to reception, then back home
It all starts with a booking, online or by telephone. You give the pick-up address, the hospital or the practice, the date and time of the appointment; the price appears before you confirm, and it is known before you leave.
On the day, your driver comes to your door at the agreed time. They help you take your seat, stow whatever is needed, then drive you calmly to the entrance. There, they do not leave you on the pavement: they walk you to reception, until you are taken care of. If the consultation is short, they can wait and bring you back afterwards; if it runs long, you agree together on a return time. You pay by card or TWINT, with nothing complicated to handle.

The journeys we often handle
Many of our medical rides are appointments no one looks forward to: a check-up, a blood test, a scan, a follow-up consultation. We drive to the CHUV in Lausanne, to the eHnv in Yverdon and across the Nord vaudois, as well as to the clinics and practices of the region.
Some treatments come round at regular intervals, sometimes several times a week. For these repeated journeys, it is reassuring to find a familiar setting and, as far as possible, the same driver. Each ride can be booked in advance, at the time that suits the appointment, early in the morning or at the end of the day. A relative can travel with you; a child seat is available on request. Whether the appointment is a one-off or part of a longer course of care, the ride is prepared with the same care.
